Ok..so uhm hi...I'm Bryanne and I'm officially a blogger, just a little fun for the readers. This whole blogging thing is new to me, I mean I've heard about it, but what does the word blog even mean,(yes, I know how to look it up.). I'm excited to start this one and hopefully build a community of readers who comment and actually enjoy what I have to say. So a little bit about me, I'm a sophmore in college, in love with pink girly things, make up and hair, but I balance it out with keeping on the Dean's List and working with real people who have real problems.
Anyways lets do this. This past Sunday I went to the Galleria Mall in Buffalo for the first time and oh my gosh it was so amazing. It reminded me a bit of shopping in New York City because each store was huge, stocked with items that you couldn't get at the same store in a different mall. I'm in love, what was great was that there were higher income stores, such as Lord and Taylor, Cache' and Sephora as well as less expensive stores ie Delias, American Eagle Outfitters and my new favorite, Macy's.
The reason I say Macy's is because I discovered MAC Cosmetics. I went through the make up department and asked a sales associate if they sold it, since not all Macy's have it in the store. She grabbed my hand and led me a little ways, then put her hand under my chin and told me to look straight ahead. Some people might get annoyed by that, but she was so whimsical about it, it was rather cute. Anyways I've heard so much about MAC listicks so I picked up the new Viva Glam Lady Gaga 2 lipstick and matching lipglass. It's a nude color but when paired together it looks so pretty. This is my first lipstick ever and I'm in love. Also all the make up artists in the MAC section were super fun and helpful.
I also picked up the mini Katy Perry nail polish set as well as a full bottle of OPI's new Shatter. I was surprised to find it actually, at MarketPlace and Greece Ridge Malls, they were completely sold out,and by completely I mean they didn't even have the dispay out anymore where the colors would have been. So when I saw them I had to grab em. I also ran into Sephora and picked up the TOO Faced Natural Eye palette, I read a lot of good reviews on this, so I'm eager to try it out, I post a review once I break into them. But I have tons of fun colors, so I needed some neutrals. My last purchase of the day was the Black Belt book of Sudoku. I love sudoku, I literally fall asleep with the book in my hand at night. I don't recommend doing them in pen if you're going to be working them out before bed, the reason being one of my pens sorta of exploded and ruined one of my blankets. Ooops :)
Ok so I'm thinking about getting HeadKandy hair extensions. I have thick hair and heard they worked really well with thick hair. However this all depends on how well I did on my marketing and macroeconomics exam. I know I'm such a child, but I like rewarding myself for good grades, especially in my college classes, I figure it helps keep me on track and makes me think if this is something I want to spend my money on.
I think for my first post this isn't the worst, as always suggestions and comments are welcome. Good night world. Tomorrow is a new day, make the most of it. xoxo Bre
P.S. Here are links to the sites where I purchased the lipstick and eye shadow. The book was at Barnes and Nobles and the nail polish was at one of those Beauty Supply Plus stores. :)
